‘Satkar Parivar’ is the brain child of Satkar Travels (Pvt) Ltd, with the aim to promote Tourism culture in India. It’s primary aim is to educate every citizen about the importance of Holiday and Leisure and its place in his life. It’s another aim is to share the margins available among the Members of Satkar Parivar simultaneously offering them good quality and attractively priced Tour packages.
Board Management Business Model (BMBM) is the latest concept in the word of Marketing. We have further enhanced applicability of this Model by giving every Member, a right to appoint, 30 Members Board, further divided into 10 teams of 3 Members each.
The beauty of the Model is inbuilt in the facts that referral commission is not linked to the appointment of Board Members or any other Members in the Team Matrix. Any Member can continue to earn referral commission even without appointing further Members.
In Indian scenario, we could not found 100% of the Team Members working, hence, the Model has been designed on probability ratio of only 10% of the Members appointed by the Board are working. With this lower level of probability, any Member can expect to complete his Business Model within a period of 5 to 8 years. Further, regular awards on reaching at defined levels, is another attractive feature of Satkar Model.
Satkar Parivar has been promoted to encourage Retirees, Housewives, Insurance Agents and Students to work from home and appoint their own Board Members after judging their selling Skills. Therefore, condition of employment is linked to sale of any product having at least 2000 points. With the help of their Board they will continue to nourish their own business and will simultaneously earn referral commission on sale. They shall also be rewarded for achievement of the defined levels to encourage them to get the experience of Management thorough their own Board.
